Organisational Development and Inclusion
ORI brings human diversity within society and its systems into fokus and makes a contribution to qualification for dealing with variety.
Master of Arts (M.A.), five semesters. Part-time studies for working students.
Social development is increasingly focused on the diversity of children, adolescents and adults, the need and opportunities for equal opportunities and rights and the organisation of social inclusion. So that the actors in the social systems can fully exploit their own potential and the potential of the participants in their practice, they require the knowledge and skills for respectful and targeted handling of diversity.
Inclusion is simultaneously a guiding principle, an attitude and a method on the path to appreciating and tapping into the diversity of all those involved. The students learn approaches for understanding and acting that enable them to help design inclusive social development in their professional fields at the level of direct practice, management and/or administration.
The course offers students the opportunity to become familiar with experiences of other countries in an international summer school, to acquire international stimulus and to build their professional network.
